When relating to Martial Arts the phrase 'National Supporting Body' or 'NSB' was
first introduced by Andrew Morrell in 2002 and as such is intellectual property
protected by copyright for use solely by the Cobra Martial Arts Association.

Definition or Copyright
All creations have a right, because they exist and because they are creative which includes works of the mind, a
model, a sculpture, a phrase, a postcard, a piece of music
, a piece of written work, an image etc. This is
intellectual property. Everything derives from this initial right.

Infringement of Copyright
Copyright infringement is the use of works protected by copyright law without permission, infringing certain
exclusive rights granted to the copyright holder, such as the right to reproduce, distribute, display or perform the
protected work, or to make derivative works. The copyright holder is typically the work's creator, or a publisher
or other business to whom copyright has been assigned. Copyright holders routinely invoke legal and
technological measures to prevent and penalize copyright infringement.

Cease and Desist
A cease and desist letter is often sent in the first instance to a copyright infringer notifying of the infringement
and ordering that they desist ahead of legal action being taken.
